Paradox is a brand new (completed late 2009) 3 Bedroom , 2 ½ bath house that sits facing the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This is the owners dream home and would love for you to enjoy it, to take walks on the beach, look for shells, and relax.

Paradox has a 200 sq ft covered lanai overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. Additional bedrooms offer a king bed and a queen bed with luxury linens. The great room has a queen sofa sleeper with an Airdream inflatable queen sized mattress, 42" plasma TV, satellite, DVD/CD player, and surround sound system with an iPod dock.

The kitchen has a gas stove, stainless appliances, and granite countertops.  Appliances include full sized fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The laundry room with washer/dryer is just off the kitchen. The dining room table can be expanded to accommodate 8 with additional seating for 4 at the bar.

The ground floor has covered parking for your golf cart. After your walk on the beach you can use the foot wash to leave the sand on the beach before going upstairs to relax on the lanai. The beach in front of the house is protected by a coral reef and the water is filled with tropical fish and lobster, perfect for snorkeling.

Paradox is just about 3 minutes away by golf cart to the Green Turtle Club and Marina and Brendal's Dive Centre. The main town area of New Plymouth is about a 10 minute enjoyable golf cart ride away.
