For the best all around views of Green Turtle Cay, Island Reach is the place you want to be. The owners have lovingly furnished their home away from home to be comfortable; cool ( A/C throughout ); and convenient to their guests.

This brand new, four bedroom, three and a half bath home, offers a freshwater swimming pool and a dock space at a shared private dock nearby. It is a two story home on one of the highest ridges on the island. You can see the Atlantic Ocean, the Sea of Abaco as well as the other harbors on Green Turtle Cay. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths as well as a large open kitchen/dining/living room area. With large windows in every room you have a spectacular view all around.

Each bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite with a large walk in shower. The French doors open onto the deck area overlooking the Sea of Abaco. The second bedroom has a half bath en suite with a door that opens to the outside to a private shower. The second full bathroom on this floor offers a bath tub and is accessible from the living room area.  There are two flat screen TVs on this floor; one in the open living room area and the other in the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances; custom hardwood cabinets; and granite counter tops. It offers just about everything that you may need. There is a full size stainless steel refrigerator with water and ice from the door; large electric oven; dish washer; microwave; coffee maker; blender; electric can opener; and toaster. There are  pots, pans, dishes and silverware.   

On the second floor there is a fourth bedroom with its own private entrance with a queen sleeper sofa and its own bathroom with shower. This makes a perfect place for cocktails in the evening and/or a fourth bedroom if needed. There is a flat screen TV with satellite hookup; small fridge; microwave; and a table and chairs.  Amenities include fantastic all around views of the island; private fresh water pool; lounge chairs for pool area; slip at a private shared dock nearby; air conditioning throughout; ceiling fans throughout; satellite TV; three flat screen TVs;, internet service on request if booked before your arrival; gas BBQ grill, and ceramic floor tiling throughout.    

This house can sleep up to 8 people. The special introductory rate of $2,500.00 per week will be for a limited time. Rate includes bedding and bath towels. No beach towels available. Per night rate for less then seven nights is $450.00 per night with a 4 night minimum. Longer term rental rates available upon request. Rates subject to change.

Parents be advised that this home may not be suitable for small children because of the high decks and pool area. Sorry. No smoking. No pets.
