The Green Cottage is a charming two bedroom and two bath cottage that is new in the rental pool in 2010.  It is fully furnished and is located in quiet residential area very
 close to both the Coco Bay Beach and the Atlantic Ocean Beach. The 5 star Green Turtle Club and Marina and Brendal’s Dive Shop is less then 2 minutes away.  

 The master bedroom suite has a queen sized four post bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, pots & pans needed to cook a meal. There is an electric stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker available.

Relax outside in the morning or evening on one of the two porches. One is in the front of the house and one at the back. The porch at the back has a gas grill and table & chairs for outside dining. There is also hammock in the front where you can enjoy the outdoors.

Amenities include a reverse osmosis system, central A/C, washer & dryer, flat screen TV with DVD player. 

$1500 per week plus 6% government tax. Per night rate for less then 7 nights is $250 per night and there is a 3 night minimum.
