This spacious family friendly home is sure to be popular for large groups. It is a three year old four bedroom three and a half bath two story home with an open layout.  With its high elevation it overlooks the Sea of Abaco. One can see the twinkling lights of Treasure Cay at night in the distance. The historic town of New Plymouth is a short five minute walk.

On the first floor there is a king sized bed in the master bedroom which has an adjoining bathroom with large tub and open shower.  Also on this floor there is the wide open kitchen and living room area as well as the laundry room with W/D and a half bath.  The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, ice maker and other appliances. There are two lovely screened in porch areas. One overlooks the Sea of Abaco and the other faces lush vegetation that gives the house a feeling of privacy.

On the second floor you will find three smaller bedrooms and two bathrooms.  There is a bunk bed in one room that has a full bed on the bottom and a single on the top.  The third and fourth bedrooms have one full sized bed each.

Other amenities include a/c throughout, cable TV, phone for local calls, DSL internet connection (bring your own laptop) and a gas BBQ grill. A garden fountain adds to the home’s charm.

Weekly rate is $2700.00 per week for up to 9 people.

Less then seven nights the rate is $450.00 per night.

Long term rates are available upon request and depend on the number of people and the length of stay.
