This beach house vacation rental is located on a slight bluff on the north end of Green Turtle Cay an Island only 1 mile wide by 3 miles long and is home to about 550 residents in the town area of New Plymouth. You are the only house on the driveway at the end of the road near the far north end of the Island on the ocean for total seclusion.

 This remoteness and beauty coupled with a basically private beach make for a very romantic vacation or a fun family holiday.  Bring the family and the pets. There is plenty of room to spread out and beautiful views. This is a 3 bedroom vacation home rental located on one acre of oceanfront property that includes all the conveniences of home and will accommodate 6+.  We have just completed a one year make over.  We couldn't

improve the view but repainting everything and completely refurnished.  We also added new high density foam mattresses, flat screen TV, WiFi and beautiful tropical Island gardens to assurance the most comfortable and relaxing holiday vacation in the Bahamas Islands.

 The design of the home accentuates this oceanfront rentals location. There are tremendous Atlantic Ocean views from every room in the beach house. There is also over 1400 Sq. Ft. screened-in veranda with fabulous Ocean scape’s. Eleven sets of French doors fold out of the way to open to this wonderful view. The cool white sand secluded beach is generally deserted and has small breakers.  The reefs starting just offshore buffer the beach from the Atlantic Ocean.  The third largest barrier reef in the World is just off shore to 1 mile out from the beach house and is great snorkeling. Directly beyond the navigable reef is the perfect location for deep sea fishing and diving.

Your dock is on the back side of the Island (on the Sea of Abaco) protected from the Atlantic Ocean on a quiet bay.  If you bone fish this is a world class spot. You can use the dock for a power boat under 21 feet. Yachts can anchor out in Sea of Abaco.

Coconut Beach House is pet friendly and eco friendly rental! All water is gathered from the roof.  It is not RO water and tastes great.

Weekly rates are $3500 per week

Holiday vacation weeks $4500 per week

Daily rates are $575 per night with minimum of 3 nights.

You may book any days as needed. We do not require a Saturday to Saturday.

30% deposit is required at time of booking.

Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
