The Bennett House is an adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath beach front home with great island style located within a mile and a half from the historic town of New Plymouth and the Green Turtle Club and Marina. There is a public dock just minutes away where a rental size boat can be kept.
The Bennett House sits on the Atlantic Ocean Beach. On the first floor the kitchen and living room area open onto a screened in porch/patio area with table and chairs for dining. The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed with access to a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor there are two more bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds that has a double below and a single bed on the top. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor.
Amenities include central air, ceiling fans, CD player, Satellite TV and a VCR. Linens and beach towels are included.

The rate is
$2500.00 per week for up to 6 people. Add on nights are $390.00 per night.
There is a 7 night minimum on this property and rentals are preferred Saturday to Saturday.
